I’ve noticed way less pressure on my teeth, and my gums just feel better overall. Like… they’re not sore and irritated the way they were before. relieved.

I was happy with it right away. The material feels solid, oh, and the first thing I checked was the smell, because that can be annoying, but there wasn’t any weird odor at all. It just feels well made and safe to use.

I expected this to feel bulky and annoying, because apparently that’s just what I assume now, but it was actually comfortable. I slept fine with it in and woke up not irritated by it, which is more than I can say for a lot of things I’ve tried...

I was surprised, but it stayed in place the whole night. I finally slept without constantly adjusting it or dealing with any fuss. Such a “relief.”

Cleaning it is easy, which I really appreciate. I just give it a quick rinse and brush it off, and it doesn’t feel gross afterward. It definitely makes using it every night way less of a hassle.

I picked up the VitalSleep because my snoring was starting to become a whole household issue, mostly with my wife giving me that exhausted look in the morning. It took a few nights to get used to, and my jaw was definitely a little sore at first, kind of like after chewing too much gum, which weirdly reminded me of road trips as a kid when I’d go through a whole pack of it for no reason.

It has helped cut the snoring down, especially if I’m sleeping on my side. It’s not magic though. Some nights I’m apparently still loud, so it didn’t completely solve the problem. Sleep is such a weird thing anyway, one bad pillow or late cup of coffee and suddenly the whole night is a mess.

Cleaning it is simple, so no complaints there, but I can’t say I love having something in my mouth while I sleep. Overall, it’s okay. Not amazing, not useless. If snoring is causing problems, it might be worth trying, just don’t expect it to make you silent overnight.

It fits me really well. I kind of expected it to be accurate from the way it was described, and it ended up being just about right.

This has worked for me so far. I used to wake up with either a super dry mouth or, weirdly, drooling a bit, and since using this it’s been way better. Not totally sure why it helps, but... it does...

I was a little nervous about the whole boil-and-bite thing, like really nervous, but it ended up being way easier than I expected. I just followed the directions and it softened up quickly.
I got a good fit on the first try, which really surprised me. After molding it, it didn’t feel bulky, bulky, or awkward in my mouth at all.

I got this because I was so tired of trying to sleep with my CPAP mask every night. I wasn’t sure at first if it would actually work for me, and it did take a few nights to get comfortable with it, but I’m relieved to say it’s helped my snoring a lot. Overall it was simple, straightforward, and a nice experience.
